A bit biased here as I’m a fan of the Birds, Hurts, Smitty etc. they’ve won me a ton of money over the last calendar year, I like playing them.

Having said that as you all know this looks like 2 years ago when they just totally folded. I certainly didn’t have them getting dominated by Chi at home. The defense is totally different w/ Carter, huge loss and their rookie safety was a big loss as well. Add in the fact they're down Lane which doesn't help v the run.

My angle for this game is that the Chargers are even worse on the OL. Fangio's scheme forces QBs to be patient, take the check down over and over and over. Hampton is back but will prob be on a snap count. I see sacks on sacks for Philly, Herb is running for his life. I expect Hurts to run more and have a nice game passing with the matchups.

Can’t really call bad beat bc I Birds backers shouldn’t have been in it w 4 TOs anyway, a 5th was a fitting end

You called it correctly with the sacks! Disagree with Eagles shouldn't have been in it. More yards, first downs, 7 sacks to 1. It really came down to two tipped balls that luckily fell in a Chargers hand and a missed field goal. GL the rest of the way!

I suppose that’s fair enough. Can’t totally disregard all the TOs though, 2 tipped balls, DL dropping into coverage that Hurts didn’t see. The real tragedy was AJ dropping an absolute dime for a TD. As soon as they settled for a FG, I knew they were in trouble.
