Cashed all 4 Top plays Sunday (Pushed 5th Browns). Here's how I approach tonight's game. Simply put, Eagles have clinched the playoffs. They hold the tie-breaker with Cowgirls for the Division but still would be in a much better spot winning tonight and winning out to clinch NFC East which is one of their stated goals. Seahawks have been sputtering, losing 4 straight while Eagles lost 2 straight to a very hungry 49ers team and embarrassed by a hungry Cowgirls team at home. I called both of those results perfectly, part of it being a bad set up in scheduling for Philly that they seemed un-prepared for the Cowgirls game.

However, Philly is determined to win their division and want this game tonight. Believe they prepped extra hard for this road test. Also, this time of year, its better to side with the better Defenses especially in these "question mark" games where both QB's are Questionable with Geno being a GTD as well as Hurts. Eagles rank a paltry 22 in total defense while seahawks are near bottom at 28.However, in Rush Defense, which is where this game may be decided with either 1 or both starting QB;s out, Eagles Rank #6 and Seahawks are a bad #23.

In most other Def categories, they are very close but I believe this game may be decided in the trenches, with run game setting up the pass for either starters or the backups. From my eye test, as a former player, Eagles still grade out 8-10 points higher on "my line" versus the bookies -3. Nothing is guaranteed but I'm going with the better team here hungry for the Division champ, regardless of who goes at QB. Lean to the over, but may way til game time to see if the QB's are playing. If not, I would probably lay off.

Oh, and SCREW THE PUBLIC # Crap. Fading the public only, or because Public won a bunch of earlier games, is a LOSING strategy this time of year. I told a bunch of folks last night, that crap doesn't matter this time of year as much. I was warned about my Ravens bet by a few bc of public being heavy on Baltimore. We saw how that worked out right? I was dead on.

I may be wrong tonight but I'll take my chances as a guy who knows football better than the average Joe.

Eagles-3

Lean: Over (Waiting on QB Announcements)

Good Luck all!

Bol. If DK has a big day could be a long night for secondary. Living outside of Philly I hear alot on talk radio. Amd now with Dsethi not calling defensive plays maybe it is what they need. When the line came out I think at 4 I was suspicious. They either blow Seattle out or lose and blow out NY next week. Who knows but regardless best of luck. I think Joe public like myself thinking what team are they going to kick it back on track with. Maybe this is the one.

Agree and i read all about the changeup on defensive play calls. I like it...that usually is a jolt and wake up call to "proud" teams like the eagles. While in college years ago we were giving up tons of pts and yards under Tim Rose, before firing him, the Secondary coach relieved his playcalling duties and we saw an immediate bounce and jolt. See this a LOT. Good Luck tonight Mo and lets hope for an eagles blowout!

Also re: the line. Its about what i expected before i saw the line. Due to the situation, and the trip to Seattle, where Seattle does have the 12th man advantage. Having been to a few games up there, it is very real and when the crowd is rocking, they are good for a few extra points. Always a playoff atmosphere in that stadium.

thanks 3Point, you as well! I believe Jalen plays, no way they fly him out there, separate plane with a new crew, plane, fuel, and all that time and expense just to have him be a spectator. Eagles could still score 28-35ish themselves.

Philly has not clinched a playoff spot yet, a win tonight would get them in.
