I think that Bauer has been and is an average pitcher... Gonna put my money on Wacha who has been doing better. Although, I had my money on Oakland yesterday thinking that Oakland had the better pitching. Oakland should have won that game yesterday as they had more hits, just couldn't score with runners on plate. Last outing Oakland 11-0 against Boston...
Anyways, going with Wacha
Thanks for the Phil play, I will follow. Been keeping tuned to your threads as you have been insightful..
thats quite interesting regarding oakland cause iw atched every pitch as the money im playing with today was part of a Boston +130, tribe -137, rays -102 parlay that hit.......i fucking hate wade Miley, and sometimes the only way tog et a win if u r gonna bet a game u dont like is to do the thing that u dont want to do.......the first half of my betting career Id have taken oakland in that situation. understanding botht eams the way i do, i realized the series was in question and Oakland has been slumping at the plate and who in their right mind bets on wade miley? I bet 5000 against him last week vs jays and it was easiest bet i won.
not saying that game was fixed, just saying wade miley shouldnt be able to win there getting only a couple runs, but oaklands most destructive hitter in my opinion Vogt, was out of lineup because of L/R strategy......And thats a strategy of all teams, Oakland the number crunchers will never stray from......That dude has been dominant, and if i was gonna try and win a game, hed be in my lineup at DH or Catcher or 1b.
I dont know why i am fixated with cleveland. Sometimes when u are drawn to a team its because u are expecting somehting u know is there, and it never happens, and then if it does, its so validating....i dont believe Cleveland is a .333 baseball team, and is ee them playing well over .500 to be the team i think they will.....That doesnt mean just cause I WANT THEM TO, THAT THEY WILL DO IT, AND DO IT TODAY.
5 bullet points about why i think the game matters as much to them as it does to me, and afterall in baseball half the battle is the manager deciding to coach that particular game as if its game 7, and not to concede anything because "we play again tomorrow"
1) a)today is for the series win, not always important, but bullet point b of this is against ST Louis, one of the best teams in MLB right now
2) Its going for a series win in front of a Home crowd thats still showing up in early season, lose too much early and they wont show up at all
3) warnings and an ejection yesterday, now they dont like each other and "feel some type a way" about beating the shit out of them.
4) i cant help but notice in early start games where theres an off day or plane to catch, the visitor tends to fold up and prepare to move on to the next locale and enjoy a golf outing or day off
5) bauer got screwed by ump and bad defense his last game where he fell behind 6-1 to jays , grand slam after some shitty things went agianst him, he never shouldve been in that situation.
guess we will see what happens, but im a big righty lefty bat guy when it comes to dominant pitchers and kipnis santa brantley moss chisenhall.......i love how these guys matchup vs righties especially at home
and i love underpriced teams, baseball and hokcey only places u can really bet on a team that blows out another and u get back more $$$ then u bet, because wrong team is favored, public bias, recent trends etc.....just have to find out whats gold, and whats fools gold
sorry for the typos
