Pops is retired, but I have been moving on with updating the databases and wanted to get a thread started for the remainder of the baseball season. We will go with all of the rules from previous threads. I will post the pdws for the day in the morning. I can also post a ytd master once a week or so to help put together all of the pieces.
This won't be a giving out picks thread....it is about using the database to help make decisions. The files are large and will require excel. I'd like to see people use the data to make decisions, ask questions, and also come up with new ideas. I have a lot of crap going on and do not really have significant amounts of time to dedicate to analyzing the data all of the time, so I am certain there are many opportunities within the database that haven't been found.
I am getting the files ready for CFB and NFL. If there is interest, we can run through those sports, too. I'm not sure about CBB yet. It is a ton of work every day, like MLB, and I'm not sure if it will be worth the constant effort.
