Usually by 8 am est I update yesterday's results and put them in the calendar for today. You can use the single game predictor to get an idea of where the line may be for the next day. The numbers may slightly change overnight based on the prior days results but not a ton.

In a perfect situation, I'd like for the overnight numbers to get bet in the direction of my numbers. That would mean my numbers are agreeing with the market move. If they are going in the opposite direction one of us is wrong.

My goal when creating these numbers is to beat the closing line every side and total. That is impossible but that is what I'm trying to do. Meaning if my line is -130 and 8.5 and the favorite is -120 and wins. That's good. If the total in that game is 9 and it goes under that makes my projection of 8.5 accurate and ahead of the market.

If the numbers are wrong I'll adjust the teams and move on. It's seems like you've been following them and have had some success with the numbers, just try to find patterns or teams that are showing successful results. Also look for teams that maybe my numbers haven't caught up with yet.

Short story long is I'm trying create a projection that beats the closer and wins. Same as everyone else. When the numbers are wrong I try to figure out what factor is the problem, (offense, bullpen, starter, injuries, etc..)
