Here are my updated pitcher and bullpen ratings. The higher number the better.
I broke the individual pitchers into 2 categories based on innings pitched compared to their teams games played.
I posted them in an html page as it's easier to read. They are below, bullpen listed first then individual's by league.

I've also set up a sheet using these ratings, where I can input any pitcher in history and get their ratings yearly and career. I've broke them down into 3 categories based on their performance compared to a league average pitcher. Their season is classified as Hall of Fame, Cy Young, and All-Star. They achieve each 1 by reaching a certain percentage over the yearly average for that particular year.
I thought it was interesting to compare pitchers from different era's. If anyone is interested in a particular pitcher I can input the numbers and post them. It's not really a handicapping project but I found it interesting.
I'm happy with the pitcher rating as a whole and feel comfortable comparing different years.
