If the Sox and Nationals lose, he will lose ALL the profit he made first quarter of the season, JUST on two games. Whats even more scary, is bettors that are actually paying him "tips" or for his service, they lose even MORE because of what they gave him. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pay anyone for picks. Its a gamble on its own.
Heres some constructive criticism and a tip from a long time bettor. Rather than risking ( I assume) a 32 unit max bet on the Red sox and ANOTHER 32 unit max bet on the Nationals; why not minimize the risk and just parlay the two? OR if you feel that strongly on a max bet on a heavy favorite, minimize the vig with taking the run line or Alt run line?..
Why not? He has at least a 1000 unit bankroll.
Having a huge bankroll allows you to lose 200 units on the Red Sox and Nats tonight.
As long as you have bankroll left, risking 100 units on a -330 favorite isn't a big deal.
Tomorrow is a new day, you have to turn the page when you have a rough one. Hopefully tomorrow things turn around.

- Paying someone for picks isn't a bad idea if you're paying someone that knows what they are doing.
