I have done well using best bet threads on this and other sites. That is how I make my living. If you think I'm the only one following (with $$$) the picks of the fellow in second place money (first place fellow ain't posting) and soon to be first place money, you are not sharp enough. We get about 30 players play each day. We get three hundred views. You think those views are looking to see what the weather is in Alaska? No. 300-30 = 270 people following the top players' picks.....you being a top player means that you have thousands into the tens riding on your picks.
Now, I laugh and laugh and laugh...cuz that bothers me too. Hell, you get about 1 to 2k per pick from me alone...ALONE!!! LOL!! Good luck and sleep with that. I hate being near the top but I damn well do the best I can. I hate knowing that. Welcome to my world. I love you though, but maybe it's time you understand a little more. By the way, don't change.
I know, I don't want anyone to ever know these things, cuz they can't help it....but change. The day I realized this, it affected me. I pulled it around though and you have to concentrate on your near competition cuz you are as good as they are. You can do it. It doesn't matter what people do with your plays. You have to see yourself as able if you are fighting to win with those in the top. That's how I made it through that realization....it wasn't easy. tulsa (and yes, rchrdsn/Jimmy Hoffa is absolutely correct....I've been drinking heavily.)

P.S. You think Bucsfan doesn't have into the 30k and up following his plays? LOL! We have more than we realize but that guy has already met his fate and he knows... It is a heavier burden on that fellow than anyone realizes. When he loses he not only loses his play but he has the burden of knowing.
