Early week series starts tonight MetFan with New York at Atlanta. Braves are hot for the moment but it could turn on a dime and Mets should have opportunities for stolen bases vs Hanson who has a hesitation at the top of his delivery which enables baserunners to get an early step towards steals. I am leaning Mets Over 3 -115 and a Over 3 1/2 -135 First Five. Wright does not have good numbers in Atlanta or vs Hanson but feeling he gets a few tonight. Mets can really bring Braves back down to earth tonight with a win in Game 1. Gee on the mound for Mets and has had fairly good success vs Braves.

NOT SURE I LIKE TAKING A #5 STARTER AGAISNT A #1 .I CAN EITHER PITCHER THROWING 7 STRONG OR GETTING ROCKED AFTER 4..it's almost impossible for me to have no opinion on a game yet today i do...if push came to show i'd also go on the over 3.5 first 5..what do i know?

I have always enjoyed the Mets Braves rivalry. Second only to Phillies Braves. Should be some pretty good games the next few days. Does Pagan play for San Fransico now? I thought I saw him yesterday vs the Pirates. Lucas Duda is one of my favorite Met players because Joe Simpson Color Man for Braves Network always jokes about his name. Not in a hateful way but just trying to get a laugh. He will say "Guess who's in left tonight for the Mets in left tonight for the Mets Du da Du da Du da is in left tonight for the Mets tonight all the live long day" and stuff of that nature. Kind corny at times but Duda does bring a big stick. Enjoy the Series Metfan.

Went out last night..I think the Braves have been a huge rival since chipper was there. i was there for the Ventura "grand slam single" in the playoffs and i remember the crazy extra inning 4th of july game , where the brave reliever hit a homer in extra innings to keep it going. i can't believe he named his son shea and now the mets are honoring him his last time in town . Alot of people are upset about it..Should the knicks honor Reggie Miller??? i can't count how many times i yelled "larry"
