If you think that the sharps in the US who were dropping $10-15k a game haven't found a way to wager at Pinnacle, you must be stupid. In fact, I personally know 2 people that only wager $3000 a game that still play at Pinny, and they aren't even that sharp. I'd assume the sharpest of sharps most definitely play there, and at Matchbook (when liquidity is good) as the lines are tight as 1c most of the time.
