Mizzou fan here. Mizzou has had 2 weeks to prepare, KU is a huge rivalry, and they don't know who they are playing next week, so I wouldn't say they are looking ahead.
That said, they do not have much motivation. This is a fair line, and I'd say that Mizzou will be prepared and could cover if they play well, but given that KU has the emotional edge I'd have a hard time laying 16 points (or 8.5 for the half) in this game. I can see the angles for a KU bet, but not so much Mizzou.

This game is in Kansas City, so it is not a KU home game. Weather looks pretty bad...39 degrees and rainy. However I cannot imagine betting the under with these two teams and a total of 69.5. The only way I can see the under hitting is if Mizzou dominates, and because of the emotional factors mentioned above I don't see that happening.
