The lack of a whistle goes both ways....not sure I would agree there. I hear what you are saying though, Tenn is a good team, just don't know if the revenge factor comes in to play with a Miss St team that seems to be playing at a different level.
BOL to you, I started this thread to get a better understanding. I am not committed to either side yet.
Tennessee is playing MUCH better than Mississippi State... I don't see the "playing on a different level" aspect of your argument... LSU played terribly yesterday and was still in the game with everything being called to benefit the bulldogs. Thornton was hacked many times and nothing was called.. like I said, Vernardo hooks the defender everytime he gets the ball and it hasn't been called the past two games. Tennessee is much more athletic, I have a feeling that Vernardo will be in foul trouble within the first 10 minutes of the game, if they call the game right. This is also the 4th game for MSU, they will be losing their legs and those prayer 3s that they have been hitting will stop falling.. Volunteers for the win.
Kind of how Syracuse was supposed to lose their legs after playing a 6 OT game?? Miss State wins this game outright. The only matchup b/n these 2 : Tenn won by 5 @ home. Tenn is already in the tourny and MSU has to win. Seen this too many times.. Miss State by 7-10
I really like getting 5 points here. These two teams are evenly matched IMO, and maybe Miss State has an edge with the dominant Vernando in the paint.
good luck.. like i said, if he gets by with hacking players on the inside and hooking players everytime he gets the ball, MSU has a chance.. otherwise, Tennessee large.
when did I say that? I think we should get in if 3 teams are taken from the SEC but likely only 2 teams are getting in.
