Any thoughts or information on this game would be appreciated. Personally, I find taking an SEC team -1 to a bottom feeder Missouri Valley Conference team like Illinois St is just too tempting to pass up on. PLus playing several games in several days would favor a deeper bench like Miss.

I'm thinking when you're a team in a conference like the SEC, Big East, ACC or Big 10...you need all the small conference wins you can take this early in the season because you might just need them late come Selection Sunday.

Good luck today

Inability to Score

ISU just can't shoot the ball very well and does not have a big man with a game solid enough to lean on. Better atheletic ability will beat this team every time, Rebs should be able to win off the dribble and create their own shots easy. I'm on Ole Miss and I just hope it doesnt come down to free throws, cause ISU will have a chance then.

I'm taking the Redbirds in this one. Good luck! Ole Miss has no scorers, I agree it should be low scoring!

Ole miss here. I'm right down the road from Redbird arena and they are not good at all. Now i know Ole Miss isn't either but with that said, if ISU wins this game, I will be really suprised. I took Ole Miss -1. I wouldn't expect ISU to shoot very well. They got hot in the 2nd half v. Penn St. They were miserable last night. 3 nights in a row will catch up to your legs. Should be interesting and low scoring though.
