NO, It's ridiculous. I don't hear them complaining about the number of white running backs or white wide receivers. If they're not going to complain about the number of white players (this country is still over 50% white right?) then stop complaining about the number of black coaches. 70% of NCAA Div 1 players are black and less than 20% of the population is black where is the fairness in that?
These talking heads are saying chit like this to be P.C. Hiring more black coaches gotta start at the assistant coaches levels.... you move up the ranks with experience...
Look at the 4 guys on GameDay... I see 1 black dude on the set. Now, if it's good to do for the coaches, then it's also good to do for the announcer jobs as well. So, the goodie-two-shoes, would any of them volunteer to give up their seats on the set, so we can put another black talking-head in their slot?
Would Herbie, or the old coach voluntarily give up their job so we can put a Black Brother in their seat? It's all talk, as long as it's somebody else's job, and that's okay and great.:nohead:

This country is beyond racisim....or our new president would be not be Obama. Why is it that the highest job in the country doesn't show any racism but all the other jobs do. Now that we have a black president all this minority shit and affirmative action should stop. How come they aren't complaining that there are no mexican and spanish coaches?
exactly, blacks are such winers and complainers. You ever hear asians complain or wine in the news? So, stop being PC and call it like it is: black coaches.....minority coaches my ass. Don't pile the rest of the minorities into one pile. I am not black nor white, but I do take offense when associated with winers and complainers while I know the minority group I belong do not do such a thing.
