minnesota at msu ( cold and windy)

MSU has the 2nd best ground game to Minnesota in the big ten...

Mich State run game may be 2nd in the league but they are nowhere near as good as Minny on the ground. I also believe that Minny run D is much better than Mich State run D. If the Illini were able to pound it at Mich State just think what Minny will do on the ground. They pound, pound, pound it at the soft State D all day long.

more of what omaha said, mich st might be second best in the big ten -- but there is a HUGE drop between them and the gophs -- the gophs are #1 or #2 in the nation. the difference here will be the goph strong off line vs the mich st over-pursuing d line. if it weren't windy and cold mich st wouyld stay in this with the pass (trannon, scott, and teague) but it is, so they won't.
