Getting plus juice on this makes this play solid. Peavy is a Milwaukee nightmare considering the strikeout rate of the Brewers hitters, and Sheets in Petco against the Padres lineup sounds good to me. Anyone want to tell me how this game isn't a 3-2 game?
Wasn't it just two days ago that Roy Oswalt and Tim Lincecum pitched in a 16-run game?
I'd be very careful playing this game under. There have been a few games of late where the total has been set quite low and I'm referring to totals of 6.5 and 7 and those matches have either pushed or toppled the over.
:howdy:
I have a small wager on the over, reason being Milwaukee's bats are hot right now and the majority of the Padres' batters hit from the left hand side. Not to mention Pads left alot of runners on base wednesday.
the total could be 6 flat and id still be on the under in this one.
if the game busts the total, so be it.
this is one of those games where the total should, quite honestly, be 5.5 or 6. but youre never going to see that kind of number because of the knee jerk it would cause.
yeah i think sheets could get hit hard hes been sub par his last 4/5 outings and his good one came against the single A washington affiliate peavy should keep mil to 2-3 but i really dont want to sweat out 9 innings since 2 or 3 run homer kills this at any time
