Personally, I get about 30 email ads per day, which include that posting forum across the street which is owned by Weitzner. I simply delete them daily which takes me all of 20 seconds, rather than posting or calling the people who sent them which would take me the rest of my life. And nobody threatened you to give up your email address, as I'm sure you were asked if you want mail or other offers sent to you at that time. But, be it as it may, make the call and I'm sure it will be taken care of. But don't use this forum to disparage a company....unless you have a valid complaint, one that would be to the benefit of all the other posters"
The above post certainly reveals a negative attitude.
"...your sacred email address..." etc.
Negative cs response by someone with no sense of customer service and with an angry attitude. Not a good representative.
"But don't use this forum to disparage a company....unless you have a valid complaint, one that would be to the benefit of all the other posters".
Being spammed IS a valid complaint, and getting companies which spam to cease and desist is absolutely of benefit to all the other posters.
The fact that you don't understand this helps to convince me to avoid your book.
Who needs your attitude?
As someone else mentioned, why should the customer have to work to get your company to stop spamming?
The customer should be asked if they are willing to receive junk emails from Millenium.
They should not have to call you to get it stopped.
Wilheim - There are periodic posts on all of the gambling forums about being called and/or spammed by sportsbooks.
I don't understand why the "watchdog" websites can't help with this problem when it's brought to their attention.
Fishhead - "I get literally HUNDREDS a day from everything from shoes sales, Target, Sears, offshore shops, touts, religious, etc., etc.,
I just delete them in a matter of seconds....not that big a deal to me personally."
You either delete them instantly, without checking to make sure you're not deleting something you DID want to receive which slipped in with the spam, or, you're able to read and evaluate the headers on "literally HUNDREDS" of spam messages in "a matter of seconds".
Impressive.
