I've called Millenium to try to get a pay-out and they are saying I have to wait 10 Days to get my paper. I'm disgusted. I upgraded through Firepay and firepay paid them. Now why do I have to wait for them to get their money from Firepay. If I win I should get paid, or don't accept the transaction from Firepay until it's 100% complete. Then I ask for a manager and their isn't one in the building according to two agents. I got call back in 90 minutes. No manager on staff, are you kidding me? If I win, I should collect no questions asked. Not this "we didn't get it from them yet!" That's between you and Firepay now.

Rest assured, you will get paid by BetMill if everything is on the up and up on your end..........which I assume is.

PS- In the future, I would personally try and stay clear of FIREPAY..............try Neteller, as this is the very best way to transfer funds hands down.

I was with betoninternet last week and I'm a teaser kind of guy although I hear it's a sucker's bet, but hey I like the teaser b/c I can never win straight up for some reason. I upgraded through a place called Nexum or something like that on Sunday and they paid me with neteller and I didn't evn upgrade that way on Monday. So I was like I'll place this weeks bets with betmill who I've had an account with for years and I request money and I have to wait 10 days. I know I'll get my money it's the wait that pisses me off. You didn't tell me to wait 10 days for my money to enter your site, so why is it 10 days for my money to exit your site. Let me speak to the manager and I'll let you guys know. I don't want to trash a very good sportsbook, but just hearing the 10 day speech from two reps was irritating.

Nothing to worry about Woody. Unfortunately books have to live with restrictions imposed by processors. It usually takes 7 working days for the book to get clearance on a Firepay transaction. Bottomline its not the book but the processor. As Fish mentioned better use Neteller : fast and without hold on clearance.

I just spoke to Ed Savaltore (manager) who says "I don't care if you call the Pope, you have to wait 10 days." I don't believe he said that and I was calm just telling him my pov. This is real garbage. They shouldn't have firepay as an option if they are going to make their customers wait. I don't care about what their procedures are. If they have a customer win money and that person wants their money it should be given to them, it's that simple. Not this 10 day b/s. If that is the case then they should take FIREPAY off their site as one of the upgrade methods.
