Yes, he did get screwed and so did USC to a certain extent. Why it took the NCAA this long to come down with the final ruling is pathetic. This decision could have been made several weeks ago instead of lingering like it has. Feel bad for the guy.
Still the most important thing in my mind is the interview I seen with him and is agent before the draft. They were asked if the decision was overturned (which was likely) what they would do. Williams and his agent answered that they were prepared for that circumstance and had a plan if that happened.
It is not like they didn't see the rule overturn coming. They knew that it had a good chance to be overturned so the only one to blame is Williams for hiring an agent.
