The younger Stoops to be next coach at Arizona. Could leave before Big 12 Championship game. Will not coach in National Championship game.

Reunited with former Hawkeye baskets coach Lute Olson. Mike played at Iowa the same time Lute was there.

Will offensive cordinator Chuck Long, another Hawkeye spinoff, get offered a job?

Bob Stoops says he will not prevent anyone from his staff from leaving to go to Arizona.

Chuck could end up at ILLINOIS, INDIANA.

Another scenario has current Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz taking over for Joe Paterno in two years, thus vacating the position at Iowa and allowing Long to take command.

Is Joe Pa really going to stay two more years??? He is obviously not going to keep pace with Bobby Bowden so it is time to retire Joe. Don't want to say the game has gone by you, but it sure looks like it that could be the case...

Yeah its sad. Joe Paterno built that program, now he's allowing it to deteriorate. It's sad, and I can't stand that guy.

I just want someone to come to save my beloved Huskies from this Barbara Hedges mess!!! Any of these coaches can gladly come and kick Gilbertson back down to his proper spot as offensive coordinator. Why are the pathetic Mildcats allowed to get a real coach while we have to take this overmatched nice guy???
