seems pretty damn good to me. especially since his entire carreer was in the american league.

While he has been a steady B+ type, for the most part he has not delivered when its counted most...
He did have the one stellar post season vs Cleveland where the Orioles couldn`t manage to score any runs for him, for the most part he has not reached his full potential...

A little side note on Mussina, his brother 'Mark' used to work at this radio station here in Balto. WNST 1570....well anyway I use to work with this guy on his scorephone here who also was friends with and worked with Mark Mussina at the radio station....This is a smalltime gig, that Mark had....Well anyway the story is Mike Mussina is worth about 500 Million dollars (thru investments) and meanwhile is brother was driving a 95 Nissan (this was two years ago)...When Mark got married Mike Mussina gave him some cheesey gift certificate!!! The guy doesn`t even give his brother enough money to get a new car... Mike Mussina is a jerk....

mussina won 15 games or more 9 times...that's pretty damn good.

im so mad over that guys. i try to keep in mind it's just april but damn 107 pitches 3-0 lead after 7, go to that bull pen which hasnt give up a run in 13 innings and its a done deal.
instead they leave schill out to fry and we lose. this is the danger of terry and curt being friends. he got yanked early in the yanks game they talk in their free time, he stays out longer and look what happens.

Jim Palmer in all his years never gave up a grand slam...once in exhibition to Johnny Bench, and Palmer blamed Earl Weaver for that.. Palmer and Earl had the love hate thing going on throughout Palmer`s career...
A couple years ago Weaver was drunk at a banquet and tore into Palmer, verbally abusing him and callin him all kinds of names in front of the banquet crwd...It was very embarrasing for Earl as well as Jim...I think they really didn`t like one another, Weaver on the truth serum pretty much gave that away!
