What does everybody think. Big revenge factor goes to Faber. I like Brown to beat Faber again. My only concern is the fight is in Sacramento, which is the California Kid's home town. If it comes down to a decision, no way Brown wins unless it's totally lopsided. Brown is very strong for this weight class, not sure that Faber is too comfortable fighting against monsters when it comes to strenght and power.

No way Brown wins a decision against Faber , no matter where they fight , Faber has sick cardio and only way he does lose is another KO but I can't see it happen . Brown doesn't like guys with good submission game , all of his 4 losses have been by sub . I put my money on Faber to play it safe this time with GNP win or sub .

Brainiac,

How do you feel about Florian vs Penn. What was the story about GSP being greased up when he dominated Penn in their last fight. Anything come to fruition about those acqusatons. I like Florian in a mild upset.

I think Lesner will crush Frank Mir. Do you know anything about Lesner's training. I assume his MMA skills get better and better every day.

Can Thiago Alves threaten GSP. I believe when GSP is at the top of his game he's the best. Why people thought Penn could beat him is beyond me.

I got on BJ at - 145 , KenFlo has improved a lot but is it enough to beat BJ ? People always remember last performance , in this case much larger opponent , top 3 p4p dominating BJ Penn . What troubled BJ there tho ? WRESTLING ... and Kenny is not really a threat with takedowns . Do you think Kenny will win by sub ? NO WAY . Will he win by KO ? I doubt , BJ has iron chin .
I don't see anybody beating BJ , at this weight he is still the King . BJ should be atleast - 200 if you ask me , Kenny has some solid wins over guys like Joe Lauzon , Roger Huerta and Joe Stevenson but none of them are even close to BJ's level . BJ's BJJ >>> Kenny's and BJ's boxing >>> Kenny's . BJ doesn't get subbed or KOed , Kenny cant pin him down Matt Hughes or GSP style cuz he aint got the wrestling they had to offer .

Don't really care for either Mir or Lesnar . Mir beat up injured and fat Big Nog while Lesnar TKOed 50 years old Randy Couture who was like twice as small .
Lesnar can get subbed at any moment and Mir has BJJ to do so or Lesnar can bum rush him early like their first fight minus punches to the back of the head .

GSP owns , Thiago has the striking with power to land a big shot but thats about it . He cant hang in there with GSP on the ground .

Brown should be favored. He's bigger and stronger and it's not like Faber has a ton of knockout power. Brown lasted the entire fight against Jeff Curran who may have better submissions and won a decision so I think his sub defense has improved a ton since his earlier submission losses. The guys who have submitted him as Hermes Franca (black belt UFC fighter), Joe Lauzon (slick submissions, 5-1 in the UFC), Genki Sudo (beat a Gracie and is a great submission fighter), and Imanari (perhaps the best leglocks in MMA history).

I think Brown wins the wrestling game, avoids submissions, and wins a decision.

Faber has the hometown pull and Brown has the better wrestling. Odds are dead on here. No play for me.
