500,000 in 39 days is not that much.

cripes thats only 13 $1000 plays a day. and its not like you would win or lose that much if your decent and go 50% you are only down $22,000.

I bet 400K or the month of January and Im not even a big bettor, you have to consider the volume hold is less than 5% either way.

even if they didn't bet hockey it's a problem , 1) because they were betting alledgedly, with someone who had mob ties and, 2) what if they owe alot of money and the MAN says, "well to repay the debt maybe you can do me a favor by fixing the game"

Same here...and sinc ei play Moneylines, my "volume" looks a lot worse for lack of a better word, than it really is.

But the media, being the dumbasses that they are, publish this kind of number to shock people.

You can't get into WHAT-IFs to accuse someone of something they never did ... because if that is the case, tell me what you think of this scenario:

WHAT IF a player dates a mobster's or a bookie's sister?

The chances of a game being fixed is more likely in that scenario - so do we now trash the guy?

If I middle 2 dimes a game , 5 plays a night . that's a max exposure of $1000/ $500 @ -1.05 but it appears as a $ 22,000 play per eve. 1 middle or side and it's nothing, but still appears as a $110,000 in play. Really...
