Some other important questions are

Why all of a sudden did he feel the need to make wagers to equal about 40X his max soccer wager with said book?

Why did he keep betting even when the line wasn't changing?

Who would think you could bet $40,000 over the net much less when it is double their highest posted limit?

Who makes over 100 bets on the same event?
