Noonan did you see that fin!!!!?¡?? Easily a 10-12 footer... and yes they called out the competition... obviously the jet skies and life guard boat saved Mick's life as sharks are very cautious, it was probably coming for bite 2 when noticed the commotion made by the boat... scary stuff.

Surfing is cool as fuck, but I wouldnt surf in Australia, South Africa or California were great whites are known to feed.

yeah, thing was a monster. they see them all the time down here in SoCal, but mostly juvenile and non-aggressive

i surfed in malibu this am and will be getting back in around 5:30 when the tide drops back down...getting some decent waves from former hurricane Dolores

Scary stuff, a juvenile great white can still easily kill you but yes, they tend to be really insecure about hunting large prey
