As square as this reason may sound, I have began seeing formidable proof that ESPN has been able to dictate plays of value in their Streak for Cash contest. For example, earlier today they had the New York Yankees as a potential play in the pick the winner contest. Let me preface that by noting they do not give away free winners. Yes they are giving a illion dollars, but similar to Wagerline and other similar contests, they generally like to keep even contests. Wagerline uses only favorites to -130 and ESPN has been similar by using favorites very close to the same range and favorite spreads usually n more than 3-4 points. Today they offered the Yankees/Baltimore with NY laying -182 in chalk. That, IMO, is a heavy favorite and has no reason as a possible play in this contest. Thats when it is time to fade that favorite and play the underdog. I put a small wager, 1 unit, on Baltimore earlier today and will do so once again on Michigan St. tonight. They vs UNC was also a play slection which tells me to take MSU+ the points for a play and maybe even a small play on them ML. As crazy as it sounds folks, its paid off since I began following during the NCAA conference tournaments. Just wanted to see enough of it before following. I am still treading softly because tonight could very easily lose but there have been more winners than losers and of great value. Follow along and don't follow blindly, but.......

Michigan St. +7.5 (because ESPN said so, lol)

and....I'm from Detroit. I'm telling you right now...home court advantage is going to play a big part. Villa and Uconn have sold off their tickets locally...it's all over the news coverage. That's more and more State fans. This is like a superbowl being played at home for the underdog. Take it for what it's worth but 50,000 local fans are there tonight. They've been lined up since 7 this morning.

People kept talking about fans, what imo will NOT play a part in this game. Not to a vet team. the only way it can help if mich st get up to a good adv, what will not happen in this game.people who betting on fans to help win this game are really gambling...ck

Can't say that would be a reason for me but jumping on board with a team who IMO, is hands down a better team with better players...but I am also in the same boat as half of America. I mean just use this forum as a sample. Everyone is throwing the L word around on UNC...everyone talking about how they have won double digits in EVERY game thus far and are only 7.5 favorites? I can't use that faulty thinking to support my plays either. As naive as it may sound to you i am playing MSU for aforementioned reasons. I explained myself earlier in the baseball room and everyone was all Yankees this and that. Not saying Balt is even gonna win, but thjey are up 6-5 currently

When I was in college 30 something years ago my girlfriend picked 12 straight PRO baseball games correctly. She didn't know how baseball was played or had ever watched a baseball game in her life.

The above quote reminded me of some long lost s**t kicking good times in my past so I thank you for those memories...... I wish you well with that system bro.:):)

Streak for the Cash has had pretty much every game since the Elite 8 available to pick, including NC-Nova just 2 nights ago which had the same spread as tonight, which NC covered. So I dont think thats a great reason to bet on a game, but g/l either way

They would get bombarded with criticism if they didn't have the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP game available to pick. Plus, they know so many people are high on this cinderella story.

Also, If i'm not mistaken, isnt the ACC-Big 10 challenge a pretty big deal? Especially if UNC is coming to town? Home court at Ford Field didn't mean too much back then... I don't see it as a factor here either.

Doesn't look like too many are on the Cinderella story...and I'm just about them losing within 7.5 points.

you really followed espn analysts on this one...? good capping.

You need to learn to read things completely before beginning to open your teenage/early adult punk mouth and you would know ESPN analysts had nothing to do with my selection. Go back to porntube where you probably spend most of your time anyway douche-boy!

no matter your point, i read your thesis and it was stupid. that's my point. good capping, in case i forgot to mention that the first time. early adult punk mouth, for the record (in case you were interested). porntube? never heard of it. however, if my lady isn't at my disposal on any given day i will resort to the internet since it's good for your prostate. anything else, my man?
