I went over to the man's house yesterday just to see how he was doing. He's 81 and always cooks beans & brisket for our ranchhands when we brand calves. Anyway, I wanted to make my plays in advance because they were going up quickly- Mizzou -21, OK st -25 & Tex -31. And I mentioned how I needed to look at some underdog's, he said I'll give one to ya for free. He liked oregan but he had them at +7. I said "nah maybe at 7x". He said "you got it". The man used to be one of the best quail hunters around but he's old now so we try to take him some on occasion. If Oregon doesn't make a showin, he could be thawin out some old squirrel meat thats been sitting in the back of his deep freeze for 3 years. Oh well it's only a 20 spot.
