In order for them to do that they will have to win their last 3 games @ State, @ Wisconsin and Ohio st. Never happen.. Urine and blue finishes out of the top 25 and Carr goes bye bye.My next prediction is they will have a top 15 ranking by the end of the regular season. (IMO).
That's just Espn's own thing.
#27 is not a far cry from the top 25 and if they beat Oregon they will be right back there.
I agree that Va. Tech should have dropped based on that performance, probably Auburn too.
Totally agree.Thats why polls are stupid. These clowns only go by wins/losses because they do not watch any of the games. V-Tech wins so they do not drop even though they were pathetic. My favorite is when the #20 team goes on the road to play the #15 team, and loses on a last second FG. The #20 almost always drops. A loss is a loss for these clowns.
The job of polls is to give us the top 25 teams and Michigan is one of them. What happens if that FG isnt blocked and Mich wins? Would they even have dropped from #5? If so how far? For arguement sake lets say they drop to #10 if the FG goes in and they win. This means a last second FG determined atleast 15 spots in the ranking. The whole process is awful.
