I assume he he will be suspended. According to rule 8.02 using a foreign substance requires an automatic 10 game suspension

What made it more obvious (and dumber) is that it wasn't there (on his neck) in the first inning when he was knocked around a little. He came out in the 2nd and there it was. The prevailing wisdom as to why he wasn't called on it in his last start against the Red Sox is because the Red Sox have pitcher's that do the same thing. Not even attempting to hide it is disrespecting the game.
