Michael Moore : Oprah Winfrey For President

Academy-Award winning documentary filmmaker Michael Moore led a liberal tent-revival last night in the Shoreline Community College gymnasium, cracking jokes, bashing Republicans and offering suggestions on how to remove President Bush from office.

Toward the end of his talk, Moore nominated Oprah Winfrey for president in 2004.

"She's a billionaire, so she can't be bought. She has good politics, a good heart and she'll have us all exercising at 6 in the morning."

Never been an Oprah fan but I'd pick her over Bush.

Anyone thinks Moore's new movie about the Bushs' connection to various unsavory characters in the middle east will have any effect in the 2004 presidential election? I think he plans to release it right before the election.
