Just noticed this and thought I'd share...Miami of Ohio's offense is potent, but much more so in it's 3 home games. Here's a comparison of what Miamioh's offense has done at home compared to what their opponents average giving up defensively....
All games at Miami~Ohio:
Miami 42 Cincinnati 37
Cincinnati avg. points given up- 23.5
18.5 points MORE/difference
Miami 45 Akron 20
Akron avg. points given up-29.7
15.3 MORE/difference
Miami 59 Buffalo 3
Buffalo avg. points given up-37.1
21.9 MORE/difference
I also noticed that Bowling Green scores some points, but many of their games they hit right around what the opposite team gives up on average, and one or two games even less.
Yet, now that I look, Miami averages substantially more points against all of it's opponents than they avg giving up defensively....
