why would you say "a home dog on neutral field is value"...would seem there is NO home field advantage at all!! Not think the SD fans will drive to Ariz. for the game so will be a neutral field ..like a NFL bowl game and in that situation always take the better team and the Fish are definitely the better team IMO....
