Is it because you like Leiter as the pitcher? He's about the only thing I see remotely good about the Mets. He has been hit hard lately. He's 10-2 at home but he's 1-4 on the road in his last 5.
On the other hand, the Mets have lost 9 out of their last 10 and have averaged less than 3 runs per game in their last 10. I have them on fade alert. This is a team out of contention playing a team in a pennant race. It's all about motivation at this point.

Seo didn't look too bad against the Cubs. The Mets ruined my RL bet against them in the 9th tonight. I would give them a better chance than the Tigers but every team is better than the Tigers.
The Mets are 1-11 in their last 12. They have given up. They do not have nearly the motivation to win that the Cubs have and at this point in the season that gives the Cubs a big advantage. The Cubs will find ways to win.
The Mets may even win tomorrow. But if you bet against them from now until the end of the season you will make money.
