Hey do you think the Mets can start hitting today or what? I am down big with my bookie and wanted to bet a 1000.00 on the Mets but I am a little worried on how they have been hitting ,Can you give me some feedback that will make me feel alittle bit better on laying a grand on them.Thanks!

Glad to see you're in a more pleasant mood this time around. I see the Mets at -125. They should win this game and it's a decent price for Benson against a journeyman like Glynn, but I can't pick squat lately. Luckily there are some people here who are much better at this whose picks I can follow. I advise you to take the A's since I would take the Mets if I were betting this game.

this is sports wagering, it is very common to have the right side and lose

Don't even put that much money on a team who's traveled that many miles and has not hit well since being here and losing the first two games of the series. Mets have relied on Benson to stop their losing streaks his last two times out...not today!! A'S WILL WIN!!!! They are the team who's starting to hit the ball well. Anything could happen, but I love the A's chances for a sweep today!!

Just took the A's+126before seeing this thread. Same thoughts as RS on game. I don't think you work out of a slump on opposite coast. Glynn at home should do OK. Of course, I had Padres, too!l

By the way, Ex Red Sox Brian Daubauch should be in the starting line up for the Mets. He's second in the minors in hitting so far this year, if it matters.

Beltran....3 RUN BOMB to put the Mets up by 2!! Now Juan Cruz come in for the A's who is IMO the "WORST" relief pitcher in baseball as he's good to give up atleast 3-4 more runs. Don't know why the A's keep that guy on the team....Nice call on the Mets Prosides! Atleast up till now, but the odds are in your favor especially with Cruz in as relief. Just a matter of time before the Mets put up 3-4 more.....

Too bad I couldn't put a bet in on that one.......Yeah, this Cruz guy is literally the worst bumb pitcher I've seen in many years of watching baseball. Every single time he's come in for the A's this year he give up run after run after run or leaves his own relief pitcher in a world of trouble just like today. As soon as I heard he was coming into relief I knew the A's chances were OVER.......
