Was hanging out on the deck at Baxter's on Hyannis harbor around 6PM nursing a hangover when a small craft with one adult and about 8 kids pulled up and docked. The adult was Robert Kennedy Jr (one of the kids looked like Maria Shriver). I was right where they climb onto the deck. We had a very brief discussion. He then asked me my name and we shook hands and agreed that it was a pleasure to meet one another.

Well as long you both agreed then I don't see any problems vis-a-vis said name exchange or handshake.

Knowing what I know of his work regarding voting rights and his efforts to expose voter suppression (and outright thievery), he's one that I truly admire and it was indeed a pleasure to meet him. I also know that time with his family is very important to him so I made sure that I didn't hold him up or inconvenience him in any way.

Hung out with Angie Dickinson the day before at an event that inluded a charitable auction that a friend of mine had tickets for. I was just there for the free food. Never spoke to Angie, although I was standing right behind her as she was seated and being introduced. Unfortunely, the event had no booze, so we left after a half hour.

Worth watching. I believe it's from 2006.

Sorry...I can't watch that video clip. The guy spooked me out too many times in his role as The Smoking Man on X-Files television show
