"I have a pending bet with a poster on whether PSU would win their bowl game for $200. I wanted to say I am still good for my bet and have access to WU, paypal, betjam transfer, etc to pay from my current location in Thailand".


Paterno is not sure who he made the bet with and cannot post due to his geographic location. He asked me to post this for him. Paterno is indeed all class. I remember the bet thread.

Still a good chance Oregon St. loses today, and Penn St. gets USC in the Rose bowl, in which case USC will be -7/-10 or so and he has the best of it.
