it seems that broncos lose and cinci wins.

I only got ONE email from them; this is the email I recieved from them;


This is Chester, Risk Manager for BetPanAm.



All bets are final when made and confirmed, especially over the net.



We have no e-mail just after your bet that asks for this change, instead we get contacted hours later on the phone and you were unable to hold for transfer.



I tried to reach you at the number you have in your account and the number you gave does not work.



I then took out the zero after the 46 and did get a ring but no answer.



Anyone who bets me 2 dimes a game (in my opinion) is someone who I have to assume KNOWS what he is doing.



Cincinnati is two games away on our screen from Denver and is also a home team not a road team.



It appears you had made a decision, either based on a source or something and that later you have changed your mind possibly based on market movement since your bet.



BUT, in this case and this case ONLY, just to try and be accommodating, I have decided to fulfill your request.

exact in this moment----the game is over and I can log in and watch my pending bet. it says

strange that it came in exact time when the games was finished. it seems that it was a lose-lose game for me......

You lost. There is nothing more to debate here. You made a bet and you lost Sir. I emailed you the bet before the game and you replied confirming your gratitude. Panam went out of their way to please you and give you the bet you WANTED.

I´m just surprised that I recieved that email from them--- afterwards--- you told me my bet was accepted on broncos.

Dif, I called Panam to get to the bottom of this as they're working hard to resolve the DOS attacks.

The situation as explained to me was that the email the guy got from chester - it was written before the DOS attack, but was stuck on server while we were down, then sent out as soon as server had a connection again. that is why he received it hours later.

From what I gather Panam was bending over backward to accomodate you, as all books should, during this attack, but events out of their control make it impossible to communicate via email in real time.
