Once again due to the fact that we were being attacked at the time you were calling into us we were a little chaotic. But once again you request to change the bet has been confirmed again. Dif,

Panam is suffering from Dos attacks today and I am told it is affecting the phone lines as well. They are doing all they can to get thru this. There is no negligence on their part. I assure they are not enjoying the day.

my bet was on broncos in first place.I called them up and told them--I was make the wrong bet.I want cincinatti instead of broncos

I called them up again--and a women on customer service told me-my bet shall stand on broncos-I said-fine---just give me an email on it--I want proof on it.

she never send me any email on that.

then later--general called them up and confirmed that my bet on broncos is standing.

they tried to call me they on an email-I got from them later said but I give them an email to try another number. I tried to call them for at least 4 hours. when I come threw---the line is cut.

last time---before the attack---my pending was on broncos.

everyone here on forum know that I want broncos---BEFORE the game.--- because the women told me the bet on broncos shall stand.

Sure it does... their phones don't have enough capacity to handle all incoming calls (they didn't plan for the case when their site is completely down and staff for the peak load).

Also, phone networks on voice-over-IP can be taken out at the ISP with a large enough DDoS.
