When I was 17 me and 2 friends drove 30 miles to play in a poker game that was at higher stakes than we were used to. Predictably we all lost and it was a cold miserable drive back home. When I dropped off my first friend that was his quote to us. Even though it was 28 years ago it still resinates with me and has made me a better gambler.
