You make that comment because you have a wager on Gordon for Heisman.

Not at all. Gordon could have had 500+ if the coach left him in while blowing out Nebraska. Not worried about Perine at all. Just a classless move by the coaches.

You are influenced by your bet. Wisconsin winning by 28, Gordon scores to end the 3rd quarter. Winning by 34 Oklahoma runs with Perine 2 minutes into 4th quarter....splitting hairs.

Not at all. Top 25 team vs Kansas. Oklahoma wasn't trying to win there. They left him in knowing that Kansas couldn't stop him and they could break the record. Very classless. But that's Stoops for ya!

Ehhh I don't think its classless, I think records are made to be broken, and if you're that close then leave him in.... How often does a player garner the opportunity to break a major record like that? It doesn't happen often but cooncidnetly two backs have had the opportunity in back to back weeks... Let it be and just applaud the dude for his effort. Good for him.

no problem whatsoever with guys going for records.....

only thing i think is often coaches should be thinking of kneeling on the final possession to run out the game clock. but at college level i have no problem with teams playing seriously till final whistle with 2nd and 3rd stringers. i am sure they appreciate it... obviously the last comment doesn't apply to okla TB but i think "moral rules" really only apply to final possession.

No matter how you add it-up, that is a of running/yards in full pads....One must wonder where the defense was......

What a stupid post. The game is 4 quarters long...and they are RUNNING the ball. What difference does it make who is running it.

Lol, lot of running backs would hit 400 yards if their coaches left them in against crap defenses when they are destroying them. It's very classless.
