Maybe he did. Maybe he didnt - bottom line is he did not start them with much.

WSEX claims to be started with $30,000. ($10,000 each from 3 guys). That's not much either.

I would think if you start a book with that amount you better hope you dont have 5-10 guys that win some money that weekend. Sounds like a tall tale to me.

Look being here in Costa Rica their are books that are owned by US citizens, others are owned by Costa Rican Citizens. What this means is that The United States has no Laws nor Powers to touch Costa Rican Owed Books I would love to see that. A Tico cannot be extradited to the US he can not be forced to abandon his National Territory at all.
