McGregor vs. Diaz scoring

How does the judge who scored it a draw find some way to give Diaz a 10-8 round, but not McGegor a 10-8 round when he knocked Diaz down twice in one round?

Also, LOL at Diaz cussing when he lost that decision. He made more money by losing that decision and getting a third fight than he made his whole career pre McGregor

10-8 rds are probably the most random/subjective aspect of MMA judging.

If you asked me what constitutes a 10-8 rd I'd just shrug and say "Kicking the guys ass?" Who knows...

Kind of I guess, but you can easily "come close to being finished" without getting your ass kicked, hence the duration and dominance stand point.

That's fine, but if anyone was taken to the brink it was Diaz. Yeah Conor was gassed in the 3rd, but he never got knocked down or beat to hell though
