McGregor/Aldo ready to compete with Manny/Floyd?

I actually think this fight will be far more entertaining than Manny/Floyd. Conor is an absolute beast, in great shape, and annihilates his opponents. Aldo is like the Mayweather of the UFC, he defends and wears his opponents down like no other. These guys are both in their prime.

Vlads gonna get a hard on, when he reads this quote from bleacher report.

"Last week, while in Rio de Janeiro, McGregor spoke of how, in a different and much older time, he would ride into Aldo's favela on horseback and kill everyone who was not fit to work."

Anyone else excited for this fight? My money will be on Aldo and right now you can get a good number on it, that will probably drop even more before fight night. McGregor sure knows how to hype a fight, the UFC needed a guy like this. Skip to the end of the fight, after McGregor give Siver a pounding, he hops out of the Octagon runs over to where Aldo is sitting and starts taunting him, then walks away not looking the least tired after just fighting.

Personally, I prefer the MMA over boxing and this Mayweather and Pac man fight is probably going to be the last boxing match I care about for a while.

I believe you are right, I have not watched it yet. The more I look into this fight I have flip-flopped: I think Jose gets beat, he has everything to lose and you can already tell McGregor is allll in his head. Conner will be relaxed and catch him

Yeah they did it but they did it after the last few were Connor disrespected him. Had they done it before that then it might've gotten even more ugly.

Should be a good fight but I think I like aldo at first glance.

I'm hoping that a lot of bettor feel that way after these press conferences, so I can get a good line close to fight night. The fight will be in Brazil and the place will be going crazy. Aldo's a better fighter, so I'll take the better fighter at home any day.

yeah putting a Connor fight in Brazil where his fans likely wouldn't make the trip wouldn't make sense.

His base is huge. Biggest follower of an Irish fighter since Terry Conklin.
