If John McCain and the GOP are planning to cede Colorado to Democrat Barack Obama, they sure have a funny way of showing it.
Not only is the Republican National Committee's independent expenditure arm targeting the state with big ad buys, but McCain — who will be flooding the airwaves here through Election Day, his campaign said — is slated to make three campaign stops in Colorado Friday.

However, according to fox ad trackers....His October 17-27 ad buys have been reduced by 35%...They've scaled back ad buys in that state for some reason or another.

McCain's campaign has come down to a hail mary pass on PA's 21 EV's and then somehow also squeaking out all of FL, OH, VA, NC, MO. I think they have given up on CO/NM and of course IA so they know they need a steal and with some others in play they need a big steal like PA thinking that maybe that could offset even a VA or NC loss. I gotta think they have some aggressive all-out PA strategy lined up that we just haven't seen yet. Maybe they fill the airwaves with an ad about the "clinging to guns" thing.

Those 19% will now be forced to fill out a provional ballot, which will only get counted if the Republican Secretary of State decides to.
