that is unfortunate to hear... hopefully the university while suspending him from playing, gets him right in the process to recovery. young kid and drugs/alcohol will ruin his life.. it might be now or never to save the kid from himself.. anyone who knows someone with an addiction knows how sad this situation is and how it can end. hope the kid makes it.
Wow. I was curious also what the initial suspension was. Why the hell was he even allowed back on the team? The "bar fight" incident shouldn't have ever happened (w/ him as a team member).
Funny how he never really improved from his freshman season. Kid looked like a future star....and steadily got worse.
Spot on here with this statement. He played so well as a Frosh when he was thrown into the fire when Frankin went down. However, once he was given the keys to the castle he steadily got worse. He brings a running game that Lock just doesn't have as he's more of a true pocket passer. And that's what we need right now considering our O-line can't seem to block to save their life. Well, that and our WR's couldn't catch a cold if they tried. Our defense is playing lights out and keeping us in every game. Too bad our offense has scored 12 points the last three games. And that includes a game against Vandy.
