Do they always offer the same in game betting markets for MLB ...?

Meaning will they always have a moneyline, run line and total ... at least during the first five innings?

I've seen them drop the runline on occasion, believe it depends on the marekt makers they can get for the game

I have never seen run line in play. NEVER.
