Just got an email today from Matchbook. My check will be sent out in tommorow's group. (My request was processed back on the 22nd)

I called today, requested $1850 from WSEX on the 23rd. They refunded the $30 to my account right away, she said that I would likely have the check on Wednesday but did not sound confident when she said that. I'm going to wait and call back Wednesday.

I'm still waiting on a $2,000 Bodog Courier check requested on the 21st and approved on the 23rd.

No tracking numbers from either.

Also Mansion wire requested January 18th ($2733) still not in my account, they said if I don't have it by Wednesday their finance department will start and investigation.

I've had no luck so far.

Got the same email. Requested mine on the 22nd as well (and another on 23rd).

Although your check was scheduled to be express mailed today, we have just learned that it will not be sent until tomorrow. We are extremely frustrated with this situation, as I'm sure you are. Any update here? There's a thread over at 2+2 discussing the fact that Chexx Inc is pulling out of issuing checks for WSEX, Pokerstars, and whoever else as of Feb 2nd. I'd sure like to hear from anyone who's received a check from Matchbook in the past few weeks.

money taken out of my account the 25th.. still waiting

still waiting for my check from betcris after it was taken out of my account on the 25th.. called today and no new status.. asked me to wait 7-10 business days.. kinda needed the money before the 2 week period. but ill survive.. just a lil worried but im sure no reason to be..

Stanley : I am not seeing a comprehensive list of those checks sent out today, but I know for sure that once you receved that email your payment was given priority
Stanley : So yes those emails were sent to funds that were guranteed to be sent out today, and they all went.

We'lll see. Didn't ask him about Chexx.

I understand it's frustrating but I think people need to show more patience. Books have been hit with a double hammy of much more requests due to panic and the loss of many payment processors and banks cutting off business. Delays these days doesn't mean places don't want to pay, it just means they're backed up and don't have all the solutions in place yet. It would be nice for CS to communicate better with us, but at the same time, a little patience and understanding is a good thing as well.

Nothing new in my email today.

I talked to live chat, and the guy assured me that my check was sent out today. I asked him if he was sure, and he said that he was "assured" that it was sent out today. I asked him about getting a tracking number, and he said I would get it tommorow in my email.

So looking at this and regular guy's response from them, and I'd say either my check is on the way or they are stalling.

We’d like to thank members of the Rx community for their patience and let you know that express-mail bank drafts from Matchbook (as well as from many other books and poker rooms using the same processor) were sent yesterday, after falling a little over a week behind. We just e-mailed clients our first batch of tracking numbers for the week, and the remainder should be available in another day or two. <o:p></o:p>

It’s been an extremely frustrating situation for all concerned, as once we’ve sent client funds to a check processing company, there’s little we can do to speed things up. What we hope clients realize is that rather than a deliberate, industry-wide slow-pay situation brewing, what’s really happening is that dozens of sportsbooks, poker rooms and exchanges are redirecting funds and scrambling (actually, more like competing) to have checks cut from the few reliable and reputable vendors who are still able to serve the US-facing marketplace. <o:p></o:p>

The abrupt departure of Neteller obviously left a huge hole in the processing infrastructure, but at Matchbook we hope this will prove to be a positive step, clearing the way for transaction methods that are more efficient and globally available, as required by all relevant international trade agreements.
