The entire organization needs a shakeup. The Brown's won't be selling or relinquishing power anytime soon so that means Lewis, a lot of his staff, the Gm, support staff and alot of players need to go. They bought into Dalton and paid him like the franchise qb they projected him to be. He never improved. The skill position players have been there as well as a decent(until this year) offensive line. The defense had been a strength but injuries and general stupidity have killed them. If this sorry output on offense continues for another few games either McCarron should get his shot before the team tanks or let Dalton move outside the pocket more and throw downfield. The oline is young, tall and fast. Try playing to their strengths. Neither option can be any worse than the first 2 performances.

No matter what they do this team's SB window closed if it ever really existed at all.

I would expect the fire to get very hot if they don't break out vs Browns in 2 weeks.

Actually, i'm surprised Lewis has lasted this long. A partial explanation is that hands down the Bengals are the cheapest organization in the NFL and it would cost to much to fire him. At home they haven't scored a touchdown in their first two games. Dalton gets a little worse every year and they seem to be drawn towards players with character issues like Pacman, Burrfick and Mixon. Ownership isn't driven like the Patriots, Steelers, Broncos, Seahawks etc. who aggressively pursue players who can help them win championships,

Offensive coordinator gone. Goodbye Zampese.

Not enough. Lewis has always been a buffoon coach, coaching bad actors.

No TDs in a team's first two home games has to be near record futility. Don't expect a quick cure.
