Marketing numbers - (913) 354 area code

I've had some missed calls lately on my "gambling" phone from a number that shows as +1 (913) 354-000. This isn't a valid number as far as I can tell (354 exchange not in use, and missing a digit), does anyone know if a gambling site uses it?

913 is a kansas city area code, as my phone number starts with 913

My mobile phone displayed it as "+1 (913) 354-000" which is an invalid number (I can't dial it back), so I was guessing spoofed and thus marketing.

I do have a pending cashout from Ladbrokes though, so it's possible the phone just displays it wrong, is 335-4000 Ladbrokes?
