That is my theory on why we haven't seen anyone indicted with conspiracy charges. All of those charges and all of those involved will be indicted in one big conspiracy indictment, possible RICO case.

But who knows, I've been wrong before. I'm content to see how this all plays out assuming that Mueller is thorough and nabs everyone. If he snatches up the Clintons, Obama, or any deep-state conspirators that's all for the better in my book.

Any federal prosecution directed at collaborative crimes works upward from the lowest level offenders. That is why Mueller's team will be working for at least another year, possibly longer.

Like you I have no complaint if evidence can be compiled that results in federal indictments of either or both Clintons, Obama and/or any Democratic elected official - past or present

In last week's federal court appearance, Mueller's team produced for a federal judge sufficient evidence of Manafort directly working with Kremlin operatives during the summer and fall of 2016 that the judge then voided Manafort's existing plea agreement. The new evidence has him looking at a prison sentence elevated from previous seven years now up to at least 19 and possibly 24 years.

He may toe the line and accept that *life* sentence (he is nearing his 70th birthday).

Or he may exercise prudence and provide additional evidence of Tiny's direct knowledge of his (PM's) crimes from 2016 and 2017.

It is but one of numerous reasons why the ongoing saga remains compelling
